Does SCF prepare and file non-profits?
Unfortunately, SCF does not.
Why not?
Non profits are legally and tax complicated and an attorney or CPA would be better suited to help you form a non profit. They can answer all your legal and tax questions.

Does SCF form professional LLC’s or Professional Corporations?
Unfortunately, SCF does not. SCF only forms general stock “C” corporations or “S” corporations and limited liability companies (LLC).
